Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 3:00 PM (IST) are usually processed on the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Across India

Aorelia delivers to most cities and towns across India through trusted courier partners. While we strive to serve as many locations as possible, deliveries to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available due to logistical limitations.

We are constantly expanding our delivery network to improve coverage and reduce shipping timelines. Any updates regarding our service areas will be communicated through our website.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders across India.

For orders placed using the Partial Payment option, the ₹50 advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, returns, or failed deliveries.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally dispatched from the nearest available warehouse within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–6 business days, depending on the destination.

Overall, customers can expect to receive their orders within 3–10 business days (excluding the order date). Delivery timelines may be extended for locations with courier restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances. In rare cases where delivery is not possible, the order may be cancelled and the customer will be notified accordingly.
