  1. Eligibility for Return:

  Return will be accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear and tear.

  1. Requesting a Return:

   To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • a. Contact our customer support team on chat support or  official.aorelia@gmail.com to inform them of your intent to return the product.

  • b. Provide the necessary order details and reason for the return.

 3.Return Shipping

 The return of the package will be initiated by Aorelia. Pick-up details will be shared as per the initiation date post request.

  1. Refund Process:

   Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after deducting the applicable shipping charges.

For COD orders, customers must provide valid bank account details to our Customer Support Team for the refund to be processed.

  1. Non-Refundable Items:

   Personalized or customized items and products on sale are not eligible for refunds.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

   Every product at Aorelia undergoes a thorough quality inspection and secure packaging before it is dispatched. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has missing items, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.
